摘要
试验研究了不同营养物浓度下硫化细菌的生长繁殖情况,主要考察了营养物浓度对生成的硫酸根离子浓度以及硫的转化率的影响。试验结果表明,当营养物浓度为150g/L时,生成的硫酸根离子浓度最大,并且硫的转化率也最大。
In order to study the growth and reproduction of sulphur bacteria under different supply concentrations,the effect of supply on the concentration of sulfate ions and as well as its effect on the conversion ratio of sulphur are primarily investigated.The test result shows that when the supply concentration is as high as 150 g/L,the concentration of generated sulfate ions is the highest,and the conversion ratio of sulphur is the highest,too.
