基于3G的网络化遥测遥控系统平台的构建方法与实现

Method and Implementation for Establishing A Platform of Network Remote Control System Based on GSM/GPS/GIS

在对GSM/GPS/GIS技术研究的基础上,提出了一种网络化的遥测遥控系统平台的构建方法,并在航道航标管理实践中成功构建实现了上述系统平台。通过大量运行测试证明,该系统运行费用低,可靠性高,目标遥测遥控范围大,定位精确,数据表现灵活直观,管理方便,有一定的实用价值。

On the basis of study on GSM/GPS/GIS,a method is proposed for establishing a network remote-detection and remote-control platform,which is successfully implemented in navigation mark and channel management,a great number of operational tests demonstrate that the system is low operational cost,high stability,big range of remote target detection,accurate positioning,visuable for data presentation,convenient for management and applicable.
