转化生长因子β_1在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的表达与宫颈癌生物学行为特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测43例宫颈癌中TGFβ1蛋白表达,以20例正常宫颈组织为对照。结果:TGFβ1在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为53.5%(23/43),明显高于对照组的5.0%(1/20)(P<0.01)。TGFβ1的阳性表达率随宫颈癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移及病理分级的增加而升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),与肿瘤大小、患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:TGFβ1的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移及病理分级有密切关系,TGFβ1的过度表达在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。 Objective: To study the relationship hetween the expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF β1) and the clinical parameters of human cervical carcinoma. Methods: The expression of TGF β1 was examined in 43 cases of human cervical carcinomas and 20 specimens of leiomyoma as control with SP immuoohistochemical staining. Results: The positive expression rate of TGF β1 was 53. 5% (23/43) in cervical carcinoma, which was significantly higher than 5.0% (1/20) in the control (P〈0. 01). TGF β1 expression rate in cervical carcinoma increased according to the advancement of clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and poor differentiation (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). There was no relationship between TGF β1 expression and cance rous size and patient age (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: TGF β1 expression in cervical carcinoma closely associated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and poor differentiation. Overexpression of TGF β1 might play a role during the occurrence and development of human cervical carcinoma.
