食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统的可靠性。方法制备食管及食管内曲张静脉模型,采用食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统对5例肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者进行测压。食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统由测压仪、压力传感器、视频采集卡及专用计算机程序组成。结果不同直径(3、6、8mm)模拟食管曲张静脉测压值与实际压力值间均呈良好相关性(r>0.975,P<0.01),未发现明显的测压值偏差(偏差的95%可信区间上下限介于-2.1~0.3cmH2O)。5例患者的食管曲张静脉压力的气囊测压值与该系统测得的压力值有较好的相关性(r=0.999,P<0.01)。结论食管曲张静脉测压数字图像系统能准确地测量食管曲张静脉压力。 Objective To develop a digital video system for esophageal variceal manometry and to evaluate its reliability. Methods The system consists of esophageal variceal manometer, pressure transducer, video capture card and special computer programs. An artificial esophagus containing water-filled latex tube was designed, in which the pressure had been measured by this system in vitro. The pressures of esophageal varices had been measured by using the method in five patients. Results In vitro study, a good correlation was showed between the actual pressure and measured pressure in the artificial varices with different diameter (3,6,9 mm)(r=0. 975, P〈0.01). No obvious measurement bias was found for any of the varices (95% confidence interval of bias: -2.1 cm H2O to 0.3 cm H2O) . The measurement in five patients also showed good correlation between the pressure measured by this method and the pressure measured by the balloon technique(r=0. 999, P〈0. 01). Conclusions The esophageal variceal pressure can be measured accurately by the digital video system made by us.
