摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测量马齿苋中13种微量元素的含量;采用微波消解处理样品,并考察了不同元素间相互干扰;测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3%,回收率在96%~103%之间,结果可信度高.
A method for the determination of multiplex trace elements in Purslane by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP - AES) has been presented . The mutual interference of the thirteen elements and the treatment of the sample are studied in detail. The relative standard deviations (RSD) are less than 3% and the recoveries of most elements are in the range of 96.0% - 103.0%. It shows that this method is simple, convenient and accurate.
