摘要 道德教育是一个民族进步和发展的基础,是提高全民族整体素质和创造能力的根本途径,当前我国正在转轨转型,社会正在发生着深刻的变化,社会的变革必然对学校培养人才提出新的更高的要求。十六届三中全会提出:“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观”。“以人为本”正在成为当下中国社会生活各领域的指导思想。在道德教育领域,我们也要坚持“以人为本”的指导思想,关注人的需要,尊重人,关心人,进行主体性道德教育,它体现了社会发展对人的发展提出的要求,具有深刻的时代内涵与明显的时代特征。 Moral education is the foundation for one nation's progress and development as well as the approach for improving the whole nation's quality and creativity. In the period of transition, our society is greatly changing. The change of the society inevitably puts forward the new higher demand for the fostering of the talents. The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Cormmittee proposes: “insist on the people - first principle, establish the oyerall, harmonious and sustainable development view” The “people-first principle” is becoming the guideline for every field of China's social life at present. In the field of naomi education, we must adhere to the guideline of “people first ” too, pay close attention to people's need, respect people, care for people and carry on the principal moral education. This has reflected the demand for the development of people by the social development and has deep meaning of times and obvious characteristic of the time.
