摘要
三价铬镀铬工艺要求比六价铬镀铬严格许多。选用BH-88硫酸盐三价铬镀铬工艺。介绍了其镀液中三价铬、硼酸及辅助剂含量的分析方法,为维护该工艺的稳定提供了必要的条件。
The requirements for trivalent chromium plating process are much stricter than those for hexavalent chromium plating process. BH-88 trivalent chromium sulfate plating process was chosen. The analysis methods of the concentrations of trivalent chromium, boric acid and auxiliary agent in the plating bath were introduced, which provides a necessary conditions for maintaining the process stability.
