摘要
结合安龙钢铁公司的生产实际,通过对安龙电弧炉炼钢过程的能量平衡进行分析,找出了冶炼电耗高的原因和影响因素。就安龙的现状进行了设备技术改造和炼钢工艺改进。
The energy balance during the electric furnace steelmaking is analyzed. The causes and affecting factors of high electricityy consumption are found. Furthermore, the equipments technical and steelmaking process are improved to achieve the anticipated goal.
