漏模机在变速箱体铸件上的应用研究

泰山—12拖拉机变速箱体是整机中重量、体积最大和最重要的铸件,也是铸造工艺相对复杂的铸件,对于手工造型的小型铸造厂来说,由于造型所造成的铸造缺陷而成为铸件成品率低的主要矛盾。笔者在对以生产变速箱体铸件为主的小型铸造厂实际调查的基础上,设计制造了漏模机,使变速箱体的手工造型为漏模机造型,取得了较为理想的效果。实践证明,漏模机结构简单、制作容易、投资少,操作方便,作为简单的造型设备是小型铸造厂提高造型质量和造型效率的有效方法。

The gearbox is a important castings of Taishan - 12 tractor in weight and volume. It is a complicated ones ,too, It is difficult to make it in high quality and efficiency for the small foundry. Based on research,we design the leakage mode and change the method from by hand into with machine. The result shows that it is a good way to produce the gearbox.
