采用铝合金压铸工艺生产轿车发动机缸体及变速箱壳体,生产线构成、工艺流程及质量控制要素近似,缸体质量问题集中在内部缺陷,变速箱壳体内外部缺陷发生几率相当。产品设计、模具及压铸工艺是生产和质量的主要影响因素。

Production line, technological process and quality-control are similar in producing Al-alloy cylinder-block and trancmission case by die casting. Defects of cylinder-block are interior. Surface defects and interior defects of transmission case is comparable.
