摘要
当前大多数铸造企业缺乏一套科学合理的员工晋级路线图,以使员工自觉地设计自身在企业中的发展道路;该制度的缺乏,也是企业难于持续有效地培养综合性人才的原因。为此,文章从铸造企业的典型组织结构出发,设计了技术类岗位的升迁路线图和生产类岗位的升迁路线图,图中按照铸造工艺的技术特点及管理特点体现了岗位层层级进的特点,为员工的自我设计提供了依据。本文的研究形成了铸造企业全套的企业岗位升迁路线。
For being short of a set of reasonable rank system in medium and small foundry enterprises now, employee in the enterprise finds no basis to design his developing route, in the meantime foundry enterprises also can not bring up synthetical technicians. In the paper, on the basis of typical foundry enterprise structure, the rank route of technique and management has been designed, and the route of production also been designed. A set of rank system knowledgebase of foundry enterprise has been finished.
