摘要
随着医学人文教育改革的深入,医学人文教育暴露出越来越多的问题,医学人文课程设置的随意性,教学评价方式的单一,教材内容的贫乏,医学人文教师的整体素质缺乏以及医学人文教育的实效性差等问题都影响着我国医学人文教育的发展。通过对国内外医学人文教育的对比分析,发现课程改革和评价方式的改变是解决这些问题的关键。
With the developmetn of the medical humanistic education, more and more problems appear. The casualness of the medical humanistic curriculum, the monotony of the method of the evaluation, the insufficiency of the content, the inadequacy of the quality of the teachers, and the poor effect of the education are the factors affecting the development of our medical humanistic education. Through comparison of the humanistic education home and abroad, we find the key to these oroblems are the innovation of the curriculum and evaluation.
