肾炎灵诱导大鼠肾系膜细胞凋亡的研究

Study of mesangial cell apoptosis in rats induced by Shenyanling

目的研究肾炎灵对大鼠系膜细胞凋亡的影响。方法取SD大鼠肾脏进行肾系膜细胞体外培养,用肾炎灵喂服系膜增生性肾炎大鼠,以含药大鼠血清加入到体外培养的大鼠系膜细胞中,应用倒置显微镜、光镜、流式细胞仪等观察、检测肾炎灵对系膜细胞凋亡的影响。结果喂服肾炎灵大鼠的血清可诱导部分系膜细胞发生凋亡。结论肾炎灵的作用机制可能与其诱导肾系膜细胞发生凋亡有关。

Objective It is to study the influence of Shenyanling on the apoptosis of mesangial cell in rats. Methods The kidneys of SD rats were gotten to cultivate the mesangial cells in vitro. The serum from rats with mesangial proliferative nephritis which had been given Shenyanling was added to the mesangial cells above. The influence of Shenyanling on the apoptosis of mesangial cell were observed and detected with inverse microscope, optical microscope and flow cytometry. Resuits The serum from rats given Shenyanling could induce apoptosis of some rat mesangial ceils. Conclusion The mechanism of Shenyanling maybe correlates to it inducing apoptosis of mesangial cells.
