摘要
介绍了年薪制的模式和各国年薪制的比较,分析了中国民营企业实行年薪制的现状,提出了建立健全民营企业年薪制的几点建议。
This paper introduces the models of the annual salary system, makes comparison of each country's annual salary system, analyzes on the present situation of the carrying out of the annual salary system in Chinese private enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions about establishing and perfecting the annual salary system in the private enterprises.
