摘要
施工企业最突出的问题是施工成本控制,施工成本控制可分为事先控制、事中控制(过程控制)和事后控制。阐述了对施工企业适用的建设工程项目成本控制的基本原则及成本管理必须做好的基础工作。
The most important problem of the construction enterprise is the construction cost control, and the construction cost control can be divided into advance control, course control and after control, This paper expounds the basic principles of the construction project cost control suitable to the construction enterprise and some basic work that must be done well in the cost management.
