博客作为一种个性化的知识管理系统,越来越受到人们的重视。探讨了博客和知识管理的概念、特性,论述了基于博客的知识管理系统的诸多优越性,提出了发展基于博客的知识管理应注意的问题。
As a kind of individualized knowledge administrative system, the blog has aroused the concern of more and more people. This paper probe into the concept and the features of the blog-based knowledge management system, and puts forward some problems needing attention in developing the blog-based knowledge management system.
