摘要
根据高校教学改革对图书馆工作提出的新要求,以及馆员的培训现状和图书馆服务工作存在的差距,提出了全员培训的内容、方式、管理制度和具体措施。
According to the new requirements of the university's instructional reform for the library work and the training situation of the librarians and the gaps existing in the service work of the library, this paper puts forward the contents, approaches, managerial regulations and concrete measurements of the all personnel training.
