分析了高校图书馆“学科馆员”制度建设的现状和存在的不足,提出了发展和完善“学科馆员”制度的有效措施。
This paper analyzes on the present situation and the shortages of the “subject librarian” of university library, and puts forward some effective measures for developing and perfecting the “subject librarian” system.
