摘要
面向订单装配是实现客户定制和大批量生产的大规模定制思想的一种方法,分析了面向订单装配的特点,提出了该方式下生产管理的过程模型,在此基础上分析了面向订单装配生产管理软件系统的关键技术,并对系统进行了实现,以促进其在我国的研究和应用,提高我国中小企业的竞争实力。
Assemble to order（ATO）is a good manufactory method for small and medium enterprises, It analyses the characteristic of ATO, establishes the production management system structure of ATO, discusses the technologies of the ATO production management system and realizes it.
