摘要
探讨了永磁同步电动机在数控机床主轴伺服系统中的应用背景,在以转子磁链定向,按转子速度旋转的d-q坐标系中,建立永磁同步电动机数学模型,提出了id=0的控制策略,并结合MATLAB/Simulink对永磁同步电动机控制系统进行仿真研究。通过具体的仿真实例,验证了永磁同步电动机的控制策略的正确性和可行性。
Based on the summary about the application of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) in the spindle servo system of NC machine tool, it builds the mathematical model of PMSM with the rotor flux oriented and rotor velocity coordination system, describes the control strategy of id = 0 about the model, simulates with MATLAB/Simulink. The example verifies the PMSM control strategy.
