喷吸阀中的阀柜零件属于薄壁类零件,磨削内圆时容易引起变形,针对该阀柜零件的精度要求和特点,专门设计了内圆磨床夹具,并对该夹具的主要相关技术进行了分析,可供广大工艺人员参考。
Aimed at the thin wall of special valve body, it analyzes the distortion during grinding process. Based on the precision and structure of the valve, it designs the clamp, which can ensures the machining precision.
