摘要
Cr12型冷作模具钢扁钢在轧制生产中出现大面横裂,攻关过程中考虑了坯料表面质量,轧制变形特点的变化,加热气氛,轧制操作条件等因素的影响,最终证明坯料加热未能充分透烧是主要原因,采用新工艺控制生产节奏保证了加热质量,成功解决了该问题。
Flat bar of Cr12 cold die steel produced transverse cracks in rolling process. During solving procedure, quality of ingot surface, changing of rolled deformation character, heating atmosphere as well as the influence of rolling operation condition have been considered. It has been proved eventually that crack' s production were resulted by not having ingot heated throughly, so using new production process to control production rhythm could assure quality of heating and solve the problem successfully.
