Application of SINUMERIK 802S NC System in Revamp of Electric System of VDF NC Machine

介绍了SINUMERIK802S系统在VDF数控机床改造项目中的应用方案、数控系统的硬件构成以及软件系统的控制功能。机床改造后工作稳定可靠,达到了设计要求和改造目的。

Application of SINUMERIK 802 S NC system in revamp of electric system of VDF NC machine, hardware construction of NC system and control function of software system was described in this paper. After revamp, the NC machine ran steadpyly and reliably, the design requirments was met and the goal of revamp was attained.
