输卵管结礼术对大鼠子宫胞液雌二醇受体和孕酮受体的影响

EFFECTS OF TUBAL STERILIZATION ON THE LEVEL OF ESTRADIOL AND PROGESTERONE RECEPTORS IN RAT UTERINE CYTOSOL

本实验观察了９只正常大鼠及１４只输卵管结扎术后大鼠动情期和动情后期子宫胞液雌二醇受体（ＥＲ）和孕酮受体（ＰＲ）的变化。结果表明：输卵管结扎术对大鼠子宫胞液ＥＲ和ＰＲ有明显影响，在动情期结扎术组大鼠子宫胞液ＥＲ较对照组明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），而在动情后期ＥＲ较对照组显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；结扎术组动情期子宫胞液ＰＲ与对照组相比无明显变化，但动情后期ＰＲ较对照组增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。以上结果提示，输卵管结扎术后月经紊乱的发生可能与子宫内膜ＥＲ、ＰＲ的功能受到干扰有关。

The effects of tubal sterilization on the levels of estadiol and progesterone receptor (ER & PR) of uterine cytosol in 9 normal and 14 tubal ligatured rats in estrus and metestrus were investigated. The results indicated that tubal sterilization had a significant influence on ER and PR. Compared with control group, the levels of ER in rat uterine cytosol at estrus after tubal sterilization decreased markedly, but increased singnificantly at metestrus; the levels of PR had no significant changes at estrus, but also increased at metestrus. The results suggest that there is some relationship between post-tubal ligation syndrom (especially menstrual disorders) and the levels of ER and PR in endometrium.
