直肠平滑肌肿瘤临床分析（附8例报告）

ANALYSIS OF RECTAL LEIOMYOMA AND LEIOMYOSARCOMA (REPORT OF 8 CASES)

本文报告８例直肠平滑肌肿瘤，均经手术病理证实。临床表现主要为便秘、肛门部不适和疼痛、便血及直肠粘膜下半球形肿块。提出直肠平滑肌肉瘤的诊断标准，并强调直肠平滑肉瘤的首选手术方式为腹会阴联合直肠切除术（Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术）。

Eight cases of rectal leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma confirmed by both operation and pathology were reported in this paper. The major manifestations included constipation,indisposition, pain in anal region, hematochezia and submucous hemispherical mass. The criterion on the diagnosis of rectal leiomyosarcoma was proposed, and Miles'operation was stressed as the first choice in the treatment of rectal leiomyosarcoma.
