摘要 整合素与生长因子受体之间发生交互作用(cross-talk)对细胞生命活动起着重要的调控作用。本文综述整合素与生长因子受体之间交互作用的确实证据;交互作用后整合素与生长因子受体相互激活的机制;及对下游信号转导通路的调控。同时集中介绍整合素与生长因子之间交互作用对肿瘤新生血管生成的影响。 Cross-talk between integrin and growth factor receptor is an important signaling mechanism to provide specifictiy during normal devlopment and pathological processes cell biology.This paper will review the evidence from several model systems demonstrating that integrin can directly associate with growth factor receptors,thereby regulatin the rapacity of integrin/growth factor receptor complexes to propagate downstream signaling,and will focus on the biological importance of intergrin and growth factor recepbor cross-talk that occurs durinmg angiogenesis in tumor.
