专科医院PACS系统的应用

摘要 目的:利用医院现有的设备组建具有我院特色的医学影像存贮与传输系统(picture-archivingandcommunicationsvstemPACS)。探索PACS在实际工作中的应用,逐步实现科室内的无胶片管理,为医院诊疗水平的提高做出贡献。方法:将我院的CT、DSA、数字胃肠、数字乳腺、ECT等数字化设备通过PACS系统组建成院内局域网,建立放射信息管理系统(radiologyinformationsystemRIS)和医院信息管理系统(hospitalinformationsystemHIS)。对PACS系统所产生的效益进行评估。结果:在PACS的应用中,放射影像信息管理系统得以完善,病人检查所需时间明显减少,数据信息作到了基本无丢失,出报告时间缩短,胶片用量大幅降低。影像检索效率大幅提高。结论:建立1个具有专科医院特色的PACS系统非常重要,它对我院的管理和发展起到了积极的推动作用,使我院在竞争中立于不败之地,加快和促进医院向更快更高的数字化发展。 Object: we made use of the existing equipments set up picture archiving and communication system (PACS) having the characteristic of our hospital. We explored the application of PACS in the practical job, gradually realized no-film management in the section office, and contributed to improving the level of diagnosis. Method: We set up local area network by using PACS with CT, DSA, digital gastrointestinal machine, digital mammary machine and ECT. We set up radiology information system (RIS) and hospital information system (HIS).We evaluated the benefit by PACS. Results: In the usage of PACS, RIS is consummated, the checking time is reduced, and data information is not lost, the time of report is reduced, the dosage of film is largely reduced and the efficiency of image retrieval is largely enhanced. Conclusions: It is very important to establish PACS with the characteristic of the special hospital. It made a active impetus to the management and development of our hospital, made our hospital be the impregnable position in the competition, and it quicken and accelerate the digital development faster and higher.
