The improvement of medical quality hangs on perfect measure management. For upgrading the standard of measure management, no ready-made mode and templet are used for reference. We should have an audacious innovation, and have the courage to explore and practise. If the problem is not attached enough importance that is found during the inspection for performance of weights and measures law, it will severely influences the development of the whole hospital though it looks like a matter of no account. We must find out sticking point, suit the remedy to the case and deepen the management. The measure statistical report forms should be administrated by networks to advance the level of measure management.
