摘要
通过以相当于人体推荐摄入量11.7 mg/kg.bw/d的5倍、10倍和20倍3种剂量的灵芝全粉和灵芝精粉对70只雄性ICR小鼠的试验,表明灵芝全粉和灵芝精粉各剂量组小鼠体重与模型对照比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),瘤体重量进行方差分析,各剂量组具有抑制小鼠S-180肉瘤生长的作用。
The suitable dose of Ganoderma Liciudm powder and Ganoderma Liciudm extracted powder is 11.7 mg/ kg. bw/d. In the test, 70 male ICR mice take in 5 times, 10 times, 20 times of that dose respectively. Compared with the model, the weight of tested mice shows little difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The variance analysis on the tumor＇s weight proves that all these doses can prevent the S - 180 sarcoma in mice from developing.
