白三烯与特应性皮炎
摘要
白三烯是花生四烯酸通过5-脂氧合酶途径的代谢产物,是一种重要的脂质前炎症介质,在特应性皮炎的发病机制中起重要作用。目前关于其受体和其调节剂的研究较多,白三烯调节剂治疗特应性皮炎已初步应用于临床实践。
