蛋白酶激活受体2与表皮黑素转运
摘要
蛋白酶激活受体2属于耦联G蛋白受体家族的蛋白,它是一种存在于多系统的多功能分子,参与腺体分泌、平滑肌收缩、痛觉、组织纤维化等多种生理及病理过程。在表皮黑素单位中,蛋白酶激活受体2激活后以Rho依赖性吞噬作用介导黑素转运,在表皮的黑素转运、紫外线照射后皮肤色素加深、炎症及炎症后皮肤色素沉着中发挥重要调节作用。
