Hedgehog信号通路与基底细胞癌 被引量:6

摘要 基底细胞癌是最常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤之一。近几年的研究发现Hedgehog信号通路中Hedge-hog基因、Patched基因、Smoothened基因及Gli基因等的突变使Hedgehog信号通路目的基因GLI2、WNT、HIP等的持续激活在基底细胞癌的发生发展中起关键性作用,因而调节这个通路的活性对治疗基底细胞癌有重要的指导意义。
