摘要
压差补偿器装置成功地解决了长独头掘进串联通风中柔性风筒被抽出时局部扇风机吸瘪的技术难题,刷新了长独头掘进多台局部扇风机串联通风的常规方法,极大地改善了长独头掘进工作面的生产作业环境。十多年在云锡股份公司采选分公司矿山井下的使用证明,压差补偿器不仅大幅度提高了长独头掘进效率,节省通风电耗,而且数千米的长独头掘进巷道通风效果较好。
The use of differential pressure compensator resolved the difficult problem that partial fan was damaged when flexible air duct was withdrawn in long blind heading series ventilation, which renewed the mutil partial fan ventilating method. Over ten years application proved that differential pressure compensator can improve heading efficiency, save ventilation electric energy and obtain good ventilation effect.
