对乳腺癌患者动脉灌注化疗的探讨

A Study on the Intraarterial Chemotherapy for the Breast Cancer

对51例乳腺癌患者进行了手术前后动脉灌注化疗，同时实施数字减影血管造影（DSA）。通过DSA图像，可观察到乳腺癌的血供主要来源于胸外侧动脉和肩呷下动脉，而并非以往所认为的由内乳动脉供血，并再次证实乳腺癌是多血管性肿瘤。

Intraarterial chemotherpy and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) were performed in 51 patients with breast cancer. By the imaging of DSA, it can be observed that the blood supply of breast cancer mainly arisesfrom the lateral thoracic and subscapular arteries, but not from the internal mammary artery. It is confirmed againthat breast cancer is a polyvascular supplying tumor.
