Application of Practical Intelligent Query Answering System in Modern Distance Education

This paper briefly presents modern distance education and the application of query answering system, and analyzes the problems met in the system and puts forward a practical intelligent answering system model. Setting up the result knowledge bank with XML technique and breaking down and matching with statistics way, the accuracy of query is improved greatly. The searching ranges and time are decreased by the way of classifying the knowledge system and interacting with students, improving the result correctness.
