“知行合一”高等技术人才培养模式的探索

新建地方性本科院校属教学型大学,其根本任务是为地方现代化建设培养“宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质、敢创新”的应用开发型高等技术人才。本课题组坚持科学发展观,从人才培养目标、教学运行和质量保障体系等方面探索了“知行合一”应用开发型高等技术人才培养模式。这对学院坚持教育创新和可持续发展具有重要的现实意义,同时,对同类院校也具有较强的参考作用。

The fundamental task for the newly-established regional undergraduate universities of teaching nature is to train higher technical talents of developing and application nature into ones with broad knowledge, solid foundation, strong capabilities, high quality and top creativity for the construction of local modernizations. The research team adheres to the philosophy of scientific development and explores the training mode of ＂harmony of knowledge and practice＂ from the perspective of talent training goal, teaching operation and quality assurance system. It has realistic significance for the educational innovation and sustainable development of the university and also it is of important reference for the universities of similar nature.
