摘要
通过游离平滑肌细胞的制备,观察CCK-8对大鼠胃体,胃窦和幽门平滑肌细胞的直接作用并初步探讨其作用机制。结果表明:1.CCK-8通过结合特异的受体而发挥对胃窦,幽门平滑肌细胞的收缩作用和对胃体平滑肌细胞的舒张作用。2.CCK-8引起胃窦,幽门肌细胞收缩过程中,胞内Ca ̄(2+)释放可能起重要作用;而CCK-8引起胃体肌细胞舒张则可能与胞浆cAMP浓度的改变有关系。
he isolated gastric body.antrum and pylorus smooth muscle cells were used to investigate direct contractingeffect of CCK-8 on gastric smooth muscle cells.The results showed.(1)The contracting effect of CCK-8 on theantrum and pylorus smooth muscle cells and the relaxing effect on the gastric body muscle cells were exerted bybinding to specific CCK receptors.(2)During the contracting process.intracellular calcium may play a major rolewhile the cAMP concentration changes may be related to the relaxation of the body cells.
