清热祛湿解毒中药内服结合超声波导入面膜治疗寻常痤疮的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Oral Use of Herbal Medicine Combined with Ultrasonic Wave and Herbal Medicine Mask for Acne Simplex

[目的]观察清热祛湿解毒中药内服,结合超声波导入中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。[方法]将210例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组113例,采用清热祛湿解毒中药(茵陈蒿汤合批杷清肺饮加减)煎汁内服结合超声波导入中药面膜(主要成分:冰片、银花、黄芩、丹参、连翘等)治疗,连续治疗观察4周。对照组97例,口服甲硝唑0.2 g,每天3次;维生素B6 20mg,每天3次;另用红霉素软膏外涂,连续治疗观察4周,比较两组的临床疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为80.6%,显效率为50.5%,对照组总有效率为41.3%,显效率为28.9%,经统计学分析两组疗效差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用清热祛湿解毒中药内服结合超声波导入中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮疗效显著。

[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of oral use of heat-clearing, damp-removing and toxicityclearing herbal medicine combined with ultrasonic wave and herbal medicine mask treatment in treating acne simplex （AS）. [Methods] Two hundred and ten cases of AS were randomized into groups A and B. Group A （n = 113） was treated with modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Qingfei Decoction for oral use and added with ultrasonic wave and mask prepared with herbal medicine including Borneolum Syntheticum, Flos Lonicerae, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Forsythiae; group B （n = 97） was treated with metronidazole 0.2 g, tid, and vitamin B6 20mg, tid, as well as erythromycin ointment for external application. After a 4-week treatment, the therapeutic effect was compared. [Results] The total effective rate was 80.6% in group A and41.3% in group B, and the markedly effective rote was 50.5% in group A and 28.9% in group B, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Oral use of heat-clearing, damp-removing and toxicity-clearing herbal medicine combined with ultrasonic wave and herbal medicine mask is effective in treating acne simplex.
