养阴抗毒散对X线照射小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Yangyin Kangdu Powder on Peripheral Blood T-lymphocyte Subsets in X-ray-irradiated Mice

摘要 [目的]观察养阴抗毒散对X线全身照射小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。[方法]昆明种小鼠45只,随机分成3组,即正常对照组、模型组和养阴抗毒散组;除正常组外,其他小鼠均采用6 GyX线一次性全身照射复制小鼠急性放射损伤模型; 模型组和养阴抗毒散组均于造模前3 d分别灌服生理盐水和10 g·kg-1·d-1剂量的养阴抗毒散,均连续1周;采用流式细胞仪测定小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞CD4、CD8亚群的水平。[结果]模型组血浆中CD4、CD8与pCD4/pCD8水平均下降,与正常组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01);养阴抗毒散组可升高血浆中CD4与pCD/pCD8水平,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(均P <0.01),但对CD8水平无明显影响。[结论]养阴抗毒散对急性放射损伤模型小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群具有一定的保护作用。 [Objective] To investigate the effects of Yangyin Kangdu Powder (YKP) on peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets levels in X-ray-irradiated mice. [Methods] Forty-five mice were randomized into normal control, model and YKP groups. Except the normal group, the rats in model and YKP groups were irradiated with 6Gy X-ray to establish models with acute radiation-induced injury. Normal saline was given to the model group while YKP in the dosage of 10 g·kg^-1·d^- 1 was orally administered to YKP group for one week. The changes of CD4 and CDs T-lymphocyte subsets levels were detected by flow cytometry. [Results] Plasma levels of CD4 and CDs and the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased in the model group, the difference being significant as compared with the normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). YKP increased CD4 level and CD4/CD8 ratio (P 〈 0.01 compared with the model group) but had no effect on CDs level. [Conclusion] YKP has a protective effect on peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets in rats with acute radiation-induced injury.
