摘要
目的:探索Lugol’s液色素内镜检查后缓解食管粘膜刺激症状的方法。方法:患者经色素内镜检查后随机分为3组:A组喷洒30ml的5%硫代硫酸钠溶液(STS);B组口服30ml硫糖铝混悬液;C组喷洒STS后口服硫糖铝混悬液。完成上述治疗后30min,采用问卷形式调查患者急性食管粘膜刺激症状以及症状缓解情况。结果:107例患者中,60例出现不同程度的食管粘膜刺激症状,经各组相应处理后,A组18例,B组7例,C组18例的食管粘膜刺激症状在30min内缓解,A、C组与B组比较食管粘膜刺激症状可显著减轻。结论:喷洒STS可有效缓解或减轻Lugol’s液染色后所致的食管粘膜刺激症状。
Objective, To investigate the method of easing esophageal mucosal irritation symptoms induced by Lugol＇s staining in chromoendoscopy. Methods： Patients were randomized into 3 groups after Lugol＇s chromoendoscopy, group A was sprayed 30ml of 5 % sodium thiosulate solution （STS） ,group B took 30 ml sucralfate suspension and group C was sprayed 30 ml of 5% STS and took 30 ml sucralfate suspension sequentially. The patients were asked to complete a questionnaire on acute and late adverse symptoms 30 minutes later. Results： 60 patients reported some acute adverse symptoms after examination. After corresponding treatment, there were 18 patients in group A, 7 patients in group B and 18 patients in group C whose irritation symptoms had alleviated in 30 minutes, Group A and group C could significantly reduce adverse symptoms compared with group B. Conclusion：Spraying STS can effectively reduce the esophageal mucosal irritation symptoms induced by Lugol＇s chromoendoscopy.
