摘要
本文探讨了刑事诉讼全球化的条件和限制因素,指出在立法层面上的全球化是浅层次的全球化,我国目前要进行的是司法层面上的全球化。在路径上应当以渐进的方式,特别要注重制度建设中的技术因素。
This paper makes an analysis of the condition and limits of globalization of criminal proceedings. It is pointed out that legislation globalization is in the low level. What China needs is judicature globalization. Globalization of criminal proceedings should be achieved gradually and technical elements should be paid much attention to.
