论婚姻过程中的权力资源分配和权力冲突协商──一项微观社会运行层次的考察

Sharing of Power Resources and Consulting of Power Conflict in the Course of Marriage──An Observation from the Perspective of Microcosmic Level of Social Operation

婚姻过程中的权力问题一直被人们所淡化或忽视,而它在社会的良性运行和协调发展中扮演着重要的角色。本文以婚姻权力为分析视角,考察了传统的资源理论和修正的资源理论对婚姻权力分配的解释和支持;并运用社会学的基本理论分析了如何成功实现婚姻权力冲突的协商与再协商,从而达到婚姻权力运行的契约化、秩序化和合理化。

From the perspective of traditional resource theory and revised resource theory, this paper studies the explanation and support of the sharing of the marriage power, and analyses how to successfully realize consulting and re-consulting the power conflict of the marriage by means of basic sociological theories so as to achieve contracting, being in order and rationalization of marriage power operation.
