摘要
S-RN ase是配子体自交不亲和植物雌蕊的基因产物,它降解具有相同基因型的花粉mRNA或rRNA,导致植物的自交不亲和.借鉴日本梨S-RN ase基因的分析方法,对中国砂梨5个品种的基因组DNA进行PCR-RFLP系统检测和DNA序列分析,从中发现了7个新的S-RN ase等位基因,分别命名为S11-RN ase、S12-RN ase、S13-RN ase、S14-RN ase、S15-RN ase、S16-RN ase和S25-RN ase基因,其部分序列已登录到G enBank.
S-RNase encoded by gametophytic self-incompatibility S-gene from plant pistil will degrade pollen mRNA or rRNA of plants with the samegenotype, hence resulting in plant self-incompatibility. In this paper, 5 varieties of Chinese Pyrus pyrifolia were studied by the method of PCR-RFLPdetecting system and DNA sequence analysis. Seven new allelic genes of S-RNase were obtained from five varieties, and were registered in GenBank according to their names: S11-Rnase, S12-Rnase, S13-Rnase, S14-Rnase, S15- Rnase, S16-RNase and S25-RNase respectively.
