随着互联网和多媒体技术的迅猛发展,数字媒体得到了广泛的传播。但是由于数字媒体易于无损拷贝、分发等特性,媒体节目和内容可以被随意地复制、传播、共享和使用,这严重阻碍了广播影视行业的正常发展。本文从广播影视的角度,介绍了数字版权管理的必要性,分析广播影视数字版权管理的需求,并回顾了数字版权管理的国内外研究动向,展望了数字版权管理给广播影视行业带来的美好前景。

The rapid development of the Internet and multimedia technology provides significant facilities for the widespread propagation of digital media, but at the same time the legitimate rights and interests of media programs and content are facing severe challenges. The authors therefore analyze in detail the DRM requirements from the viewpoint of radio, film and TV, introduce the present researches at home and abroad and give a system framework of the DRM.
