摘要
采用模拟计算软件分析了循环苯塔内液相组成、侧线组成及温度情况,通过调整塔的操作,使侧线抽出的甲苯馏分组成中甲苯含量高,乙苯含量最少,进而降低能耗物耗,提高经济效益。
The compositions of liquid phase and side stream of the recycle benzene fractionating tower and their relationship with operating temperature were analyzed using PRO/II software. By optimizing operation parameters,a fraction having high toluene content and minimum ethylbenzene wasobtained from the side stream. Further more, the consumption of energy and material reduced, and the total margin of the ethylbenzene unit increased.
