摘要
目的:探讨半导体激光脱毛的效果,并总结388例患者脱毛的体会。方法:采用810nm波长、脉宽30ms的半导体激光脱毛机。对身体不同部位,选用不同能量和不同时间间隔脱毛。能量密度自19-35J/cm2,间隔6周-6个月,每次治疗酌情增加1-2J/cm2,每个部位经过3-6次治疗。结果;388例患者随访1/2~4年,98.3%达到满意疗效,残留毛发均较治疗前变细、颜色变浅。10例患者早期出现少量色素沉着,2~5个月内自行消失,无瘢痕形成。结论:半导体激光脱毛可使毛发明显变细、颜色变浅;多次治疗后,能达到较好的脱毛效果;激光脱毛创伤小,不良反应小,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To summarize the experience of 388 cases of the diode laser hair removal. Methods: Using 810 nm's wavelenghth of wide 30 ms diode laser hair removal machine, we selected the different energy and different interval according to the different position to epilate. Usually the energy we selected was 19-35 J/cm^2 , the interval was 6 w-6 m and 1-2 J/cm^2 might be increased every time. There were usually 3-6 times to cure. After the treatment each time, the therapic areas were covered with chlortetracycline hydrochloride ointment for 1 or 2 days and block the sun for long time. Results: 388 patients were followed up from half a year to 4 years, 98.3% of them are satisfied with the treatments. After the treatment , the remained hairs were become thin in quality and lighting in colour, 10 patients with pigmentations in the early stage and disappeared within 2-5 m, no patient leads to scar. Conclusion: Hairs removal by diode laser became thin in quality and lighting in colour; Multiply treatment can be got a satisfied result. It's worthy to use in clinic.
