颈部恶性肿瘤76例诊治体会

Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment 76 Cases of Neck Malignant Tumor

目的:通过对76例颈部恶性肿瘤临床资料分析,提高对颈部恶性肿瘤的临床表现、诊断及治疗的认识。方法:回顾1998年4月-2004年10月就诊的127例颈部肿块病例,分析其中经病理检查而确诊的76例颈部恶性肿瘤病例的临床资料。结果:颈部恶性肿瘤常见于颈中下部,76例颈部恶性肿瘤中有8例是原发肿瘤,均为恶性淋巴瘤;68例为转移性肿瘤,以鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移为多见(45例);5例颈部淋巴结转移病例未找到原发灶。结论:颈部肿块中恶性肿瘤常见,而其中又以鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移最为多见,临床医师应熟悉颈部肿块的鉴别诊断,做到早诊断、早治疗。

Objective： To better understand the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of neck malignant tumor. Methods： The clinical data of 127 patients with neck admitted from Apr. 1998 to Dec. 2004 were reviewed retrospectively, Results： Of the 127 patients, there were 76 patients with neck malignant tumor confirmed by pathologic findings. Neck malignant tumor more occurred in the mid-lower neck. Of the 76 patients with neck malignant tumor, 8 cases was primary, ahile 68 cases was metastasis;Of the 68 patients with metastasis tumor, 45 cases were from nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The primary location was found in 63 patients with metastasis tumor,and 5 patients with metastasis tumor didn＇t find the primary origin. Conclusion.. Clinician should acquaint with the neck mass, especially about the neck malignant tumor. And it should be diagnosod and treated as early as possible.
