摘要
通过对高频喷射通气时驱动压、吸呼时间比、针距等参数与PaCO2之间关系的多元回归分析,发现驱动压(r=-0.7249,P<0.05),分通气量(r=-0.4049,P<0.05)与PaCO2呈负相关,体重与分通气量呈正相关(r=0.8042,P<0.01).所得的回归方程回归效果良好。
The relationship of P a CO 2 to driving pressure, inspiratory and expiratory time ratio and needle distance was studied by means of stepwise regression analysis. The authors found a negative correlation between P a CO 2 and driving pressure ( r =-0.7249, P <0.05), between P a CO 2 and minute ventilation ( r =-0.4049, P <0.05), and a positive correlation between body weight and minute ventilation ( r =0.8042, P <0.01). The regression fomula can be made for reference target of clinical adjusting parameters.
