摘要
采用旋转蒸发法制备了青霉素前体脂质体，并对其趋脑组织进行了观察。前体脂质体很稳定，制备过程中药物含量无明显降低，３０天内室温存放无渗漏，同时对脑组织具有趋向性，可以携带药物透过血脑屏障进入脑组织。
In this report the penicillin proliposomes weu prepared by rotary evaporating method,the mannitol being chosen as a carrier:a dry granular product dispensing(or dissolving)in water to form an isotonic multilamellar liposomal suspension for administration.The results showed that the drug content in preparation proliposome has not decreased significantey.After storage at 25℃ for 1 month,the drug leakage are not apparent.The results of the animal experiment demonstratd that liposome coated mannose has had tendency towords brain tissue,and it may carry with drug through blood brain tissue.
