摘要 对药物动力学参数估计的遗传算法,以一室模型C(t)=A(e(-dt)-e(-βt)为例,尝试了改进的遗传算法的效果,并与文献[7]作了比较。改进的遗传算法性能较优,可望成为各类药物动力学参数辨识的有效手段。 The Improved Genetic algorithm is used to determine the parameters in pharmaceutical dynamics and test its effectiveness with the example of one room model by the comparison with classic approaches in document l.which shows that it operates well and is expected to become an effective tool to the discrimination of various parameters in pharmaceutical dynamics.
